Is this a pep talk?: No. If the room wants inspiration and a quote on a slide, she is the wrong booking. This is for rooms ready to install a communication system they can run the same week.
In person or virtual?: Both. Working sessions are stronger in the room. Keynotes travel well either way. Say which you need on the inquiry.
How far ahead should we book?: As soon as the date is real. Peak conference and in-service windows fill first. If you are still shaping the event, inquire anyway — the brief is the useful part.
Will she customize to our industry?: Yes. Legal is not 911. A school staff is not an HR leadership cohort. The session is built from your brief, not a generic deck with the logo swapped.
